Art Institute & Bears game

Casey braved the cold weather to experience Monday Night Football, watching the Chicago Bears beat the Minnesota Vikings.

Christmas in Chicago

We are spending the Christmas holidays in Chicago, visiting Allison, Nils and our granddaughter, Sophia. We awoke the first morning to lots of snow! Sophia liked throwing snowballs.

Merry Christmas! We went to Christmas Eve mass, followed by dinner at a fancy fondue restaurant.

On Christmas day, we opened some presents, and had a yummy turkey dinner.

Casey went to a Chicago Blackhawks game with Allison and Nils. Although Chicago lost, it was still a good game.

Early Christmas

Due to other commitments we had an early Christmas last weekend with John and his family. Check out the hat.
