Cypress Night Skiing

Earlier this week Casey went night skiing with the school ski club. It was a cold clear evening, lots of new snow and the skiing was fantastic.

Snow at the Beach

Audrey and Casey went for a walk at Barnet Beach where the summer sand got covered by the weekend snow.

It was a perfect day for building a snowman.

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas! We were happy to have Allison, Nils, Sophia and Isabel visit for Christmas.

Gone to the Birds

Casey cleaned the backyard yesterday. It provided the birds with a clearer view of the lawn.

Grey Cup

Michael came to Vancouver for Grey Cup weekend and both he and Casey attended the game at BC Place Stadium.
It was a packed house.

Barnet Beach

Casey and Audrey went for a walk at Barnet Beach this afternoon. There wasn't much activity like in the summer but they did see a seal (too slow with the camera). Yes that is snow on Mt. Seymour


The sandy beach is now a path of leaves.

Hike

Casey and Audrey went on a short hike around Rocky Point in Port Moody. The hike took them to another fish ladder at Noonscreek (http://www.noonscreek.org/)
